Senior SQL Fraud Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations on accounts to detect fraudulent activities and assess their legitimacy.

• Examine data from MMP and partner networks such as Singular, AppsFlyer, and Adjust to uncover invalid and fraudulent behavior.

• Monitor fraud patterns across Mode Mobile’s applications, including multi-accounting, device farms, emulators, VPN/proxy misuse, and AI-driven fraud.

• Utilize SQL and spreadsheets to analyze extensive data exports for pattern recognition and anomaly detection.

• Stay informed about emerging fraud strategies.

• Develop and enhance rules and safeguards to ensure the protection of legitimate users.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in risk, product, data, engineering, and operations.

• Employ AI tools and workflows supported by artificial intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in fraud analysis, trust and safety, risk management, or a similar analytical position.

• Ideally, experience in rewarded applications, offer walls, mobile gaming, fintech, or adtech.

• Proficient in SQL and spreadsheet applications.

• G Suite / Google Workspace experience is required.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and tools is essential.

• Capability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Python is a plus.

• Experience with MMP platforms like Singular, AppsFlyer, or Adjust is advantageous.

• A USB headset with noise-canceling features.

• A working webcam.

• A computer with a minimum of a 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service with a speed of at least 25 Mbps via a cable connection.

• Backup internet service with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

• Availability from 9 AM to 5 PM CST, 40 hours per week.

• Must reside in the Philippines.
