This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold territory call objectives while formulating comprehensive business plans for the territory.
• Design call strategies and implement tailored prescriber action plans.
• Utilize approved promotional resources and effective sales techniques during client interactions.
• Achieve performance benchmarks for call activities, sample usage, and quarterly updates of business plans.
• Adhere to FDA, PDMA, HPPA, and Keenova regulations during engagements with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain comprehensive databases to track sales calls, trends, goals, sampling data, and territory performance metrics.
• Oversee the sample accountability program while fulfilling administrative duties, including activity logs, emails, voicemails, and expense reports.
• Provide quarterly updates to the Area Sales Manager regarding territory business plans.
• Retain advanced knowledge of healthcare, products, disease states, payers, and market dynamics.
• Acquire and apply sales training materials and product knowledge assessments effectively.
• Attend and engage in mandatory sales conferences and training sessions.
• Cultivate customer relationships, maintain trust, and deliver value to contacts within the healthcare profession.
• A Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is required.
• Prior B2B sales experience is essential.
• Capability to comprehend medical, computer, and data analysis technical issues.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare topics, products, and disease states.
• Proficient product knowledge, encompassing patient education, consumer education, and market considerations.
• Familiarity with the local payer landscape and the ability to implement sales strategies effectively.
• Willingness to travel overnight 30% of the time or more, depending on territory requirements.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Availability to attend mandatory sales conferences and training sessions.
• Anticipated base salary range of $101K–$145K.
• Eligibility for bonuses in accordance with the relevant program.
