This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Oversee the EMEA Sales Support team at a regional level.
• Mentor, develop, and enhance team performance while fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure a consistently high-quality Sales Support experience throughout EMEA, from purchase-order initiation to booking and execution.
• Develop simpler, more uniform processes for Partners, Sellers, and the Sales Support team.
• Enhance ownership, transitions, knowledge sharing, and self-service capabilities.
• Leverage data to pinpoint recurring challenges and areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and other departments to enhance the overall experience.
• Utilize automation and AI to minimize manual tasks, allowing the team to concentrate on higher-value activities.
• Scale successful practices across EMEA and additional regions.
• Convert business challenges into clear requirements and collaborate with technical teams to test, implement, and expand solutions.
• Stay engaged with operational tasks by coaching team members, assessing SLA performance, resolving critical customer issues, refining workflows, and experimenting with AI-enabled processes.
• More than 5 years of pertinent experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable field.
• At least 3 years of direct management experience, demonstrating success in coaching, developing, and enhancing team performance.
• Proven experience leading teams within complex, high-scale, or global commercial organizations.
• A history of enhancing operational processes and service performance.
• Experience in managing SLAs, quality metrics, backlogs, cycle times, and operational KPIs.
• Strong skills in process improvement and root-cause analysis.
• Practical understanding of AI, automation, agentic workflows, and contemporary digital tools.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, case management, workflow, or BI platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication abilities and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proficient in English.
