Service Sales Leader, Ultrasound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the yearly Service Sales business strategy

• Propel contract revenue growth, enhance market share, and strengthen competitive positioning

• Take charge of Service Sales performance, encompassing forecasting, pipeline management, and sales plan execution

• Achieve or surpass revenue, order, and AOP goals across the entire portfolio

• Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with corporate and government clients

• Guarantee an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process

• Lead and refine sales operations, including forecasting tools, quoting procedures, marketing initiatives, and compliance requirements

• Manage, mentor, and ensure accountability for Service Sales leadership

• Supervise hiring, workforce planning, performance evaluation, and compensation strategies

• Set KPIs and spearhead change initiatives

• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Marketing to achieve business outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare sales leadership

• Required experience in Service Sales business

• Proven track record in managing large, complex, multi-solution deals

• Necessary experience in complex contracting

• Bachelor’s degree

• Capability to fulfill the essential physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for the Sales position, with or without accommodation

• Strategic influence and oversight for complete life cycle management and total accountability

• Exceptional communication abilities with a talent for leading and influencing both internal and external stakeholders

• US work authorization is mandatory; candidates needing sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered

• Willingness to travel up to 40%
