This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Mentor and enhance the skills of sales representatives to boost regional revenue.
• Create and implement effective sales training programs.
• Participate in sales representative ride-alongs and provide follow-up support.
• Oversee organizational sales through comprehensive business plans that include sales, revenue, and expense management.
• Achieve designated sales objectives and enhance regional revenue.
• Establish individual sales targets in collaboration with the sales team.
• Monitor sales targets and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Supervise the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation initiatives.
• Analyze the competition and formulate growth or adjustment strategies.
• Apply and reinforce sales training during branch visits and ride-alongs.
• Inspire, coach, and guide the sales team.
• Manage and nurture designated regional accounts.
• Advocate for the organization and its product offerings.
• Oversee projects aimed at increasing revenue and optimizing return on investment.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities within customer bases or market segments.
• Develop sales presentations and provide coaching to Outside Sales Representatives on presentation techniques.
• Travel to job sites for inspections, sales presentations, and client meetings.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and educate Outside Sales Representatives on safety practices.
• Execute additional tasks as requested.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading a sales team.
• Proficient in customer relationship management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to maintain a collaborative working relationship with colleagues.
• Must possess a curious mindset and a desire to enhance their knowledge.
