This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Collaborate with the CIO and technology leaders to create, sustain, and articulate the enterprise IT Roadmap.
• Drive strategic planning efforts to align technology investments with the organization's priorities.
• Monitor the progress of the roadmap, including dependencies, risks, and milestones across technology projects.
• Oversee enterprise technology activities, including prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Supervise cross-functional technology initiatives and enhance stakeholder communication.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting strategic projects.
• Assist in technology governance and investment decision-making processes.
• Manage the intake process for technology projects and demand.
• Collect, analyze, document, and refine business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Perform assessments of the current state and suggest process and technology enhancements.
• Aid in vendor evaluations, solution assessments, and business case development.
• Formulate and implement change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
• Organize end-user training, knowledge transfer, and awareness efforts.
• Evaluate adoption outcomes and recommend corrective measures.
• Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, KPIs, OKRs, and technology health metrics.
• Keep the IT risk register updated and assist in technology risk management.
• Provide executive-level reports and recommendations to technology leadership.
• Examine, document, and enhance business and technology processes.
• Establish and uphold process documentation, standards, and workflows.
• Promote compliance, governance, policy adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the FY27 CRM Assessment and Enterprise Data Assessment.
• Support the Cybersecurity Framework and Program.
• Aid in the implementation and enhancement of the IT Service Management program.
• Facilitate organizational readiness, governance, and adoption regarding AI solutions and capabilities.
• Assist in vendor selection, evaluation, relationship management, procurement, and renewals.
• Monitor vendor performance, contractual commitments, and service delivery.
• A mature and personal Christian faith.
• A strong commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values.
• A desire to serve and empower the Church to positively impact vulnerable communities.
• Ability to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief’s Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and the National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, technology enablement, IT strategy, project coordination, technology operations, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements.
• Experience in facilitating stakeholder engagement across both business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with change management, communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with process mapping, process improvement, and workflow management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional initiatives effectively.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Skill in translating complex technical concepts into accessible, business-friendly language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and influence outcomes without direct authority.
