Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on every facet of the talent acquisition process, encompassing recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing and selection, compensation suggestions, and offer presentation.

• Deliver a seamless and personalized experience for all candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle.

• Ensure accurate and current candidate information is maintained in the Applicant Tracking System while complying with all talent acquisition protocols.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards, integrity, and respect in all interactions.

• Remain composed in high-pressure situations and meet deadlines effectively.

• Function with a strong sense of urgency and an action-oriented mindset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Full Cycle recruiting, including active sourcing.

• Graduate Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years in a related field.

• If lacking a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is required.

• Previous experience in agency or corporate recruiting settings.

• Advanced knowledge and expertise in sourcing techniques, candidate evaluation/interviewing, talent selection, and negotiation strategies.
