Delivery Partner Consultant – Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist the Delivery Partner Manager in enhancing and solidifying relationships with delivery partners.

• Evaluate, interview, and assess external partner resources in line with project specifications and internal criteria.

• Collaborate with hiring teams, delivery partners, and various stakeholders to ascertain project requirements.

• Promote effective engagement with partners.

• Oversee the entire screening process, including documentation, database management, communication with stakeholders, and providing timely feedback based on SLAs.

• Investigate delivery partner capabilities and current market trends.

• Offer process guidance and consultancy to internal stakeholders.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of delivery partner management processes, tools, and operational methods.

• Share expertise, mentor colleagues, and aid in achieving stakeholder satisfaction and business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in screening and evaluating both technical and functional profiles.

• Experience with competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.

• Familiarity with international candidates and stakeholders.

• Strong skills in cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and CRMs.

• Excellent process management abilities.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable mindset.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines and SLAs.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Advanced skills in Excel (preferred).

• Professional proficiency in German, both written and spoken (preferred).
