Recruiter I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and interview potential candidates

• Facilitate the offer negotiation and acceptance process

• Oversee the administrative tasks related to hiring contractors

• Guide the onboarding process for new contractors

• Implement established external and internal recruitment procedures

• Ensure all assigned accounts are adequately staffed

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment colleagues

• Provide updates on recruitment and keep management informed of market trends impacting contractor hiring

• Apply recruitment strategies, including advertising approaches, job fairs, and remote recruitment methods

• Maintain recruitment documentation

• Keep management updated on recruitment status and any related challenges

• Achieve customer satisfaction goals through comprehensive recruitment of designated accounts

• Carry out other duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

• A minimum of 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience is required

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary

• Capability to handle multiple assignments and tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing situations is required

• Proven customer service abilities are required

• Travel requirements: 0–10%

• Some roles may necessitate employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or specific customer background checks
