Senior Specialist, Non-Fraud Investigations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers who have encountered billing discrepancies and provide reassurance.

• Assess the legitimacy of disputes and hold customers accountable when appropriate.

• Liaise with law enforcement and relay crucial information as needed.

• Investigate and submit Suspicious Activity Referrals when warranted.

• Comprehend the chargeback life cycles for Visa and Mastercard.

• Evaluate merchant responses and reply with accuracy and professionalism.

• Implement Federal Regulation Z standards in completed tasks.

• Conduct basic accounting and reconcile customer accounts following investigations.

• Support Bankcard Recovery by examining fraud and billing dispute claims on accounts in collections.

• Optimize time management to achieve or surpass production targets.

• Complete four weeks of remote training from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, followed by a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Fundamental PC knowledge with the capability to master FileNet, TBS, CRT, and other software applications.

• At least nine months of customer service experience required.

• Basic accounting knowledge with the ability to balance accounts.

• Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

• Experience with credit card disputes and chargebacks is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with the credit card or banking sector is advantageous.
