Senior Specialist, Epic Solution Delivery

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver expert-level assistance across various Epic modules.

β€’ Conduct intricate workflow evaluations and recommend advanced Epic solutions for customized workflows or integrations.

β€’ Review and analyze comprehensive requirements to guarantee effective implementation of solutions.

β€’ Aid project management through planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for Epic implementation initiatives.

β€’ Lead smaller projects and development efforts within Epic applications.

β€’ Oversee specific features, smaller development tasks, and the configuration and design for modules or advanced functionalities.

β€’ Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts on project tasks, troubleshooting, and Epic configurations.

β€’ Execute thorough testing and validation to ensure systems align with user requirements.

β€’ Identify and resolve complex issues autonomously.

β€’ Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to comprehend and fulfill system requirements.

β€’ Transfer knowledge and provide training to end-users on developed solutions.

β€’ Offer innovative suggestions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

β€’ Provide regular feedback to Epic regarding potential system enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, and/or enterprise software delivery.

β€’ More than 5 years of Epic experience, with a profound understanding of Epic system configurations, workflows, and best practices.

β€’ An Associate’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Informatics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.

β€’ Advanced knowledge of the Epic system and extensive technical expertise across multiple Epic modules.

β€’ Capability to take initiative and lead smaller project teams and development efforts independently.

β€’ Strong project management abilities, including progress reporting, risk management, and time tracking.

β€’ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client-facing roles and team leadership.

β€’ Willingness and capability to adapt to rapid changes in scheduling, workflows, policies, or processes.

β€’ Epic certification in one or more relevant applications, completed and maintained.
