This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct analysis of 3D Computed Tomography reconstructions for BU case planning, evaluating anatomical measurements for BU implantation suitability.
• Generate detailed imaging reports to support case planning efforts.
• Execute CT reconstructions that exceed the expertise of the field team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor the case planning workflow across various technical platforms, collaborating with analysts, field teams, sales operations, information technology, and external partners.
• Educate field teams and/or healthcare providers on the acquisition and interpretation of CT and other imaging modalities.
• Offer strategic guidance on the implementation of case planning strategies.
• Input case planning measurements into CRM software.
• Detect gaps and propose enhancements to the CT acquisition process.
• Create and develop training content for image analysis aimed at stakeholders.
• Assist in quality assurance activities and other process improvements within the team.
• Engage in knowledge-transfer sessions with field teams to discuss complex cases and suggest process enhancements.
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience as per Edwards criteria is required.
• At least 5 years of prior clinical echocardiographic experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Relevant cardiac imaging accreditation certification (e.g., RDCS or RCS) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% is required.
• Advanced understanding of the operation of relevant imaging equipment (2D or 3D TTE, TEE, ICE, CT, MRI, etc.) is necessary.
• Experience or training in imaging analysis software (such as TomTec, 3Mensio, Xcelera, Vitrea, Circle VI, etc.) is a significant advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts pertaining to cardiovascular imaging is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, etc.).
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional manner.
• Capable of effectively guiding and instructing other imaging specialists in clinical environments regarding the operation of imaging equipment.
• Strong diplomacy, influencing capabilities, and relationship management skills are required.
• Proven skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
