Senior Specialist – AI & Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

• Utilize process and business data expertise to implement automation and AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and develop AI capabilities for Commercial Operations.

• Create intelligent automation solutions that promote growth, efficiency, insights, and innovation.

• Integrate AI automation with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and workflows to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Assess emerging technologies and quickly scale successful use cases.

• Recognize AI trends and convert them into competitive advantages for the organization.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while executing assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of experience in an application or data-related role, OR a high school/GED with 11 years of experience in an application or data role.

• 4 years in commercial operations, data management, or comparable experience with a solid understanding of business domains and processes.

• 4 years of experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, Shell, Go, or Rust.

• 3 years of experience utilizing and deploying solutions on cloud-native data services like Azure, AWS, Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks.

• 1 year of experience with LLM agentic AI systems involving multi-task orchestration, memory context management, or related concepts.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Practical experience in developing on Microsoft platforms such as Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or Foundry.

• Hands-on experience with coding harnesses using Open AI Codex, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.

• Practical experience in deploying cloud infrastructure as code utilizing Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, Puppet, Chef, or similar technologies.
