Senior Sourcing Manager – Systems, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and execute assigned sourcing initiatives from start to finish.

• Assist in managing the global sourcing systems landscape, which includes SupplierConnect, Sourcegate+, Grid Fusion VMR, Sourcing360, and ERP integrations.

• Implement digital and GenAI roadmap projects, from identifying use cases to deployment and adoption.

• Set data standards that promote high-quality AI implementation.

• Revise performance dashboards to assess the ROI of digital and GenAI investments.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, finance, legal, and external vendors.

• Foster user adoption, manage change, and build capabilities.

• Benchmark external best practices alongside emerging technologies.

• Prepare detailed project review materials and communicate KPIs and project challenges to leadership.

• Modernize sourcing tools and workflows across GE Vernova businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.

• MBA or Master's degree preferred.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and program management.

• Proven leadership in optimizing large-scale organizational processes and driving cultural transformation.

• Extensive knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and digital platforms.

• Demonstrated leadership in executing GenAI, digital enablement, and automation projects.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Lean methodologies.

• Experience leading Kaizen initiatives.

• Expertise in Change Management, including adoption, training, and sourcing application implementation.

• Experience working within a complex, matrixed, multi-business unit environment.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screen, if applicable.
