Order Management, Purchasing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee detailed customer quotes and orders within CORE Business Solutions.

• Verify that model numbers, prefixes, suffixes, and quantities align with project specifications.

• Convert SIF files and bills of materials from CET/Configura or similar design software into the ERP system.

• Review pricing, dealer net costs, discounts, and freight surcharges for accuracy.

• Maintain precise margins and prevent costly order mistakes.

• Assist in the entire order lifecycle from quote modifications to final client approval.

• Prepare intricate, multi-floor product orders for procurement by manufacturers.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity.

• Comfortable handling large volumes of structured data, complex pricing models, and spreadsheet-like interfaces.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong understanding of industry practices and ERP systems related to multi-page order workflows.

• Familiarity with CORE Business Solutions, CET/Configura, CAP 2020, ProjectSpec, or comparable commercial furniture order-entry and ERP systems.

• Reliable computer system.
