Senior Sourcing Manager – Systems & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and implement assigned sourcing initiatives from start to finish.

• Assist in managing the global sourcing systems landscape, which includes SupplierConnect, Sourcegate+, Grid Fusion VMR, Sourcing360, and ERP integrations.

• Carry out digital and GenAI roadmap projects, from identifying use cases to deployment and adoption.

• Aid in the establishment of data standards to ensure high-quality AI implementation.

• Refresh performance dashboards to assess the ROI of digital and GenAI investments.

• Collaborate across functions with IT, finance, legal, and external vendors.

• Promote user adoption, manage change, and facilitate capability building.

• Evaluate external best practices and emerging technologies.

• Create detailed project review materials for leadership, highlighting KPIs and any project roadblocks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline.

• An MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and program management.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in driving large-scale organizational process optimization and cultural transformation.

• Extensive knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and digital platforms.

• Proven leadership in executing GenAI, digital enablement, and automation projects.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and experience in leading Kaizen initiatives.

• Proficiency in Change Management, ensuring adoption, training, and smooth transitions for sourcing application implementation.

• Experience in a complex, matrixed, multi-business-unit environment.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screen, if applicable.
