Senior Solutions Engineer – In-App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Onboard strategic publishers and guide them from signed agreement to initial engagement and full-scale implementation.

• Manage flagship publisher integrations from start to finish, encompassing technical planning, production launch, and post-launch monetization adjustments.

• Identify and resolve issues related to mediation/bidding misconfiguration, low fill rates, latency, and rendering failures.

• Design placement, format, and bidding strategies to enhance eCPM/ARPDAU and maintain performance as publisher traffic increases.

• Develop integration patterns, sample applications, and QA checklists to establish team standards.

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams to convert publisher requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide feedback on integration challenges to influence the SDK roadmap and address recurring issues effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in a production language such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Thorough understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Proven track record in designing scalable, distributed systems capable of handling high-volume traffic.

• Knowledge of database design and optimization for both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Skillful in using Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring/observability tools.

• Capability to troubleshoot production issues and enhance system performance.

• Strong sense of ownership and sound technical judgment.

• Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

• Resilient mindset and a proactive approach.

• Competence in deconstructing large challenges into manageable, deliverable components.
