Senior Solutions Engineer, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a key member of a rapidly growing team focused on addressing both technical and customer challenges.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to clearly convey Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategic direction.

• Take ownership of technical customer interactions and assist in closing fast-paced opportunities.

• Present product and technical information to both prospective and current clients.

• Engage with customers and internal teams to gather insights on product feedback and the competitive landscape.

• Lead product discussions informed by customer needs and challenges.

• Improve documentation while creating blog entries, videos, knowledge-base materials, and training resources.

• Act as a product expert for customers, facilitating communication with Product Management and Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably based in Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, and/or Tampa.

• Over 5 years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or within the Metrics/Monitoring sector.

• Strong decision-making abilities, teamwork, and leadership qualities.

• Capable of working with and cooperating in an international team within a remote-first setup.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate Grafana's value proposition and technical product benefits.

• Proficient in resolving technical issues and crafting innovative customer solutions.

• A technical mindset with a passion for continuous technical growth.

• Relevant experience in technical pre-sales, post-sales, engineering, or coding bootcamps.

• Self-driven, proactive, and imaginative.
