Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales partners to formulate strategies and campaigns for territory and accounts.

• Comprehend customer needs concerning security architectures within data center, cloud, and enterprise settings.

• Monitor and document elements of the sales cycle assigned to the Sales Engineer.

• Spearhead proof-of-concept and proof-of-value initiatives.

• Create and deliver technical presentations that clarify the functionality of products and services.

• Secure orders, ensure product standards are met, and guarantee timely product delivery.

• Suggest new and enhanced products while highlighting their cost-effectiveness.

• Actively engage with the broader technical team by sharing insights and best practices.

• Collaborate with prospects and customers to align their objectives and requirements with SentinelOne's offerings.

• Initially assist customers during implementation, gradually shifting focus to pre-sales engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in endpoint cyber defense.

• Capability to master all SentinelOne technologies.

• Proven experience in handling objections and positioning against competing technologies.

• Proven experience presenting to both small and large groups, and leading business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with executives and technical audiences.

• Proven experience successfully selling to mid- to large-sized clients.

• Ability to deliver first-level technical support throughout the sales cycle and assist customers during implementation.

• Fundamental knowledge of hacking and exploitation tools, detection evasion techniques, notable malware, and anti-malware solutions.

• Preferred experience in computer forensics, security architecture, penetration/red teaming, or incident response.
