This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with sales partners to formulate strategies and campaigns for territories and accounts.
• Comprehend customer needs concerning security architectures across data centers, cloud, and enterprise environments.
• Monitor and document various elements of the sales cycle, including responsibilities of the Sales Engineer.
• Oversee proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements.
• Create and conduct technical presentations that elucidate products and services for customers.
• Secure orders, ensure adherence to product standards, and manage product delivery.
• Suggest new and enhanced products while illustrating their cost-effectiveness.
• Actively engage with the broader technical team by sharing expertise and best practices.
• Initially assist customers during implementation, gradually shifting towards primarily pre-sales engineering duties.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in endpoint cyber defense.
• Proven experience in handling objections and positioning products against competing technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to address both small and large audiences effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with both executives and technical audiences.
• Proven track record of successfully selling to mid-sized and large clients.
• Capability to provide first-level technical support throughout the sales process.
• Basic understanding of hacking tools and methodologies, evasion techniques, and notable malware and anti-malware solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience in computer forensics, security architecture, penetration testing, red teaming, or incident response is a plus.
