Senior Solutions Engineer, Commercial – South/Southeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales partners to formulate strategies and campaigns for territories and accounts.

• Grasp customer needs concerning security architectures across data centers, cloud, and enterprise settings.

• Monitor and document various aspects of the sales process.

• Spearhead proof of concept and proof of value initiatives.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that showcase products and services to clients.

• Ensure order fulfillment, uphold product standards, and guarantee timely product delivery.

• Suggest new and enhanced products while articulating their cost-effectiveness.

• Actively engage with the broader technical team, sharing insights and best practices.

• Provide initial customer support during implementation, gradually transitioning to pre-sales engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on endpoint cyber defense preferred.

• Proven experience in handling objections and positioning against competing technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to address both small and large audiences effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with executives and technical teams.

• Proven success in selling to mid-sized and large clients.

• Capability to provide first-level technical support throughout the sales cycle.

• Fundamental knowledge of hacking tools and methodologies, detection evasion techniques, as well as notable malware and anti-malware solutions.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Preferred experience in computer forensics, security architecture, penetration testing, red teaming, or incident response.
