Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discussions with key clients to comprehend their requirements and challenges, delivering advanced technical solutions that align with business objectives.

• Spearhead solution development for major accounts, customizing technically sound solutions to meet customer needs.

• Offer expert technical guidance to both internal teams and clients as a subject matter authority.

• Contribute to strategic sales initiatives by leveraging product knowledge and understanding customer insights.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other departments to ensure customer requirements align with product capabilities.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings; suggest product improvements and innovative solutions.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, fostering strong relationships with clients.

• Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills.

• Engage in product testing and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product quality and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Significant experience in leading technical discussions and developing solutions for key accounts.

• Proven ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members.

• Strategic mindset to influence sales strategies and initiatives.

• Mentorship capabilities to guide junior staff.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer demands.

• Capacity to independently manage large onsite and virtual customer meetings, develop recommended architectures, and document deployment roadmaps.

• Knowledge of enterprise software, identity and security solutions, and networking fundamentals, including Exchange, Active Directory, PKI, Digital Certificates, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Azure, AWS, and GCP.

• Security certifications such as CISSP are advantageous.

• Experience in cloud-based environments like Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
