Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team to convey Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to clients

• Take ownership of technical customer interactions and assist in closing complex opportunities

• Present product and technical information to both prospective and existing clients

• Engage with customers and internal teams to gather feedback on products and the competitive landscape

• Propel product discussions based on customer requirements and challenges

• Improve documentation and create blog posts, videos, knowledge-base articles, and other support materials

• Act as a liaison between Grafana Labs' engineering teams, customers, and the Sales department

• Educate both potential and existing clients through demonstrations, hands-on training, presentations, technical assessments, and continuous engagement

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales

• Strong judgment, teamwork, and leadership abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to express the company's value proposition and technical product benefits

• Proficiency in addressing technical challenges and crafting innovative customer solutions

• Technical orientation and a desire for continuous technical growth

• Must reside in the United Kingdom

• Experience with Open Source technologies or the Metrics/Monitoring sector is a plus

• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC is advantageous
