
Senior Solutions Consultant – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Interact with healthcare clients across various levels, including Solution Architects, VPs, IT Directors, and Technical Administrators.
• Foster client relationships, promote Omnissa solutions, and leverage healthcare domain knowledge to support business closure.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, which encompass technical sales presentations, architecture design conversations, displacement initiatives, proof-of-concept projects, RFP/RFI submissions, solution showcases, and technical workshops.
• Assess customers’ business and technology goals by posing insightful questions and gathering information for the sales team.
• Design and propose tailored solutions that distinguish Omnissa software and services while aligning with customer needs and objectives.
• Acquire extensive technical knowledge of Omnissa and develop expertise in relevant technology domains.
• Lead advisory groups of domain experts, collaborate on challenges and solutions, and gather insights on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Promote the adoption of Omnissa products and solutions within large-scale healthcare accounts.
• Influence enhancements to products and the introduction of new solutions to the market.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical pre-sales and/or consulting, or equivalent industry background.
• Proficient in server administration and configuration, including Windows Web Server, Active Directory, Okta, and Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and design principles.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Exceptional listening, reasoning, and objection-handling abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and effective time management.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, covering EMRs, security, administration, and end-user computing.
• Willingness to travel flexibly up to 50% of the time.
• Strong knowledge of desktop virtualization technologies, including VMware vSphere, Omnissa Horizon, Citrix, and Microsoft RDS.
• Demonstrated experience with mobile technologies such as AirWatch, MobileIron, Microsoft, and/or Citrix.
• Proficient in configuring and deploying mobile device platforms.
• Experience with identity access management systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft desktop operating systems and the deployment, configuration, and management of Windows applications.
