Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the intake and exploration process for incoming configuration change requests.

• Establish the scope and assess whether requests necessitate standard support or billable professional services.

• Serve as the main project owner for configuration projects following go-live.

• Convert customer requirements into technical specifications.

• Manage daily execution priorities for Configuration Specialists.

• Organize customer working sessions and discovery calls for intricate workflows.

• Control project scope and guide customers towards best practices.

• Carry out regular system upgrades three times annually for each customer.

• Fulfill customer requests for configuration maintenance and enable additional modules like AI and dashboards.

• Conduct internal quality assurance of technical configurations.

• Lead User Acceptance Testing for customers when applicable.

• Assess customer needs and generate actionable requirements along with detailed project plans.

• Navigate internal dependencies, customer contingencies, and competing priorities.

• Define and adhere to project timelines, manage priorities, and minimize risks.

• Collaborate across functions with Configuration Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Customer Support.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in professional services, managed services, process consulting, technical support, or business analysis, preferably in consulting, SaaS implementation, or sales (e.g., sales engineer).

• Knowledge of business process optimization, workflow, and enterprise content management principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

• Expertise in project management.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and see them through to completion.

• Experience with direct client engagement and a proven history of achieving high customer satisfaction.

• Ability to facilitate and lead large meetings involving multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with promotional content approval processes or regulated industries is an advantage.

• Practical experience with Jira.

• Preferred experience in data cleaning, importing, and migration.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel are a plus.

• Experience with GuideCX, Zendesk, and HubSpot.

• Proven capability to coordinate resources across various functions.

• Experience utilizing generative AI to improve internal operational workflows and customer-facing outputs.
