Lead Citrix Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement tailored Citrix solutions that meet client needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and propose appropriate Citrix architectures.

• Provide technical guidance within the organization.

• Work alongside account teams throughout client interactions.

• Formulate strategies to enhance and optimize current Citrix deployments.

• Ensure that client solutions adhere to external regulatory and security guidelines.

• Identify potential implementation risks and devise mitigation plans.

• Partner with security and infrastructure teams to guarantee secure and efficient integration within the overall IT framework.

• Share insights and best practices by collaborating with enablement colleagues.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Citrix and competing technologies.

• Experience in client-facing roles or consultative positions.

• Demonstrated success in designing and executing Citrix solutions.

• Genuine interest in cloud transformation and its business implications.

• Comprehensive understanding of DaaS / VDI, Secure Access Transformation, Enterprise Browser, Enterprise Mobility Management, Networking, Enterprise Security, and Observability.

• Familiarity with complementary cloud technologies and integrations.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to comprehend business cases and articulate the associated technical solutions.

• Solid understanding of business processes and their integration into enterprise applications.

• Proficient in navigating complex and matrixed organizations.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team, focusing on detail and strategy.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Innovative, business-oriented, and design-focused.

• Experience in the Financial or Insurance sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
