Solution Architect – Water Utility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable consultant during the pre-sales phase.

• Offer technical knowledge and solution design for water quality and smart metering systems.

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Channel Managers, and distributors.

• Showcase innovative technologies to customers and prospects.

• Engage in technical seminars, trade shows, and industry events.

• Address RFPs, bids, and customer inquiries.

• Guide and assist internal teams by imparting knowledge and best practices.

• Keep track of industry trends and competitive offerings.

• Assist utilities and municipalities in managing water resources and developing sustainable infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in the water/wastewater sector or technical solution design.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% or as necessary for customer engagements and industry events.

• Must reside in the Central/Eastern US territory served: NC, SC, VA, WV, KY, or TN.
