This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support the implementation, operations, sales, and product teams throughout the customer engagement journey.
• Grasp the business and technical needs of customers.
• Collaborate on sales strategies and deliver presentations of solutions.
• Configure Trial Interactive enterprise software and its solutions.
• Partner with operations throughout the implementation process.
• Design and document new configurations and solutions for Trial Interactive software.
• Develop and maintain User Requirements Specifications and Configuration Specifications.
• Serve as the product configuration and domain expert during sales processes.
• Showcase the product to potential and existing customers.
• Collaborate with sales on software configurations for demonstrations.
• Address functional and technical aspects of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Communicate customer and prospect business requirements to Operations and Product teams.
• Create and script product and solution demonstrations.
• Promote the Trial Interactive vision through demonstrations, webinars, seminars, conferences, and account-specific initiatives.
• Engage in SOW reviews and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Develop and maintain SOPs in line with QA and departmental standards.
• Complete additional relevant tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
• Extensive knowledge of current technologies, tools, and techniques for data and system integration.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, software product configuration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences, eTMF, clinical operations, regulatory, quality, or content management.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding organization and time management abilities.
• Capability to deeply understand a customer’s needs and guide them toward a technical solution.
• Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud-based technologies and business models.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Willingness to undertake global business travel of up to 10%.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both internally and externally, particularly with customers and the sales team.
• Familiarity with GxP and the software validation process and regulations.
• Experience with REST APIs, sFTP, JSON, XML, SSO (SAML 2.0), and identity providers like Okta.
• Previous software development experience in backend technologies such as Python, Java, C#, Node.js, or PHP is preferred but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of shell scripting and regular expressions is a plus but not required.
• Over 2 years of experience in B2B web applications, business-to-business solutions, and mobile apps is an advantage.
