📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for strategic clients.

• Oversee the discovery phase to identify business goals and technical needs.

• Conduct technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.

• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Service Delivery teams.

• Convert technical and business requirements into scalable solutions.

• Manage technical interactions from discovery and solution design to evaluation.

• Provide guidance to customers on identity, compliance, fraud, risk, and integrations.

• Ensure clients receive optimal value from Trulioo’s digital identity verification platform.

• Contribute to the advancement of internal knowledge and technical expertise.

• Utilize AI and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated capability to simplify intricate concepts and deliver impactful product demonstrations.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with stakeholders across all levels.

• Familiarity with identity, compliance, fraud, risk, and integrations.

• Strong expertise in APIs, including REST, API design, OAuth, API keys, JSON, and XML.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with distributed teams.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

• Post-secondary degree or a combination of relevant experience and education.

• 3–5 years of experience in a Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation Specialist role.

• Experience in identity verification, compliance, or fintech sectors is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

• Familiarity with JSON, RESTful APIs, and both native and web-based SDKs is desirable.

• Knowledge of LLMs and AI tools is a bonus.
