• Lead solution presentations, demonstrations, and workshops throughout the sales process.

• Simplify complex technical and functional concepts into straightforward, business-oriented messaging.

• Utilize storytelling and value-driven selling techniques to showcase the business impact and ROI of Syncron's solutions.

• Act as a strategic partner in the sales process at Syncron.

• Assist customers in overcoming intricate business challenges and clarify the measurable outcomes that Syncron's solutions can provide.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role within the enterprise software/SaaS domain.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, preferably involving multiple stakeholders and considerable business transformation.

• Strong capability to convert customer business challenges into effective technological solutions.

• Experience in designing and presenting customized solution proposals, demonstrations, and workshops.

• Solid commercial awareness with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business results.

• Experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions to sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, distribution, or other asset-intensive industries.

• Familiarity with aftermarket, service, parts, pricing, inventory, or supply chain processes.
