Senior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of securing technical victories in intricate enterprise transactions from initial discovery to final closure.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers on Simpplr's AI Work Platform, AI Intranet, AI Search, and AI Agents.

• Perform technical discovery of customers' HRIS, ITSM, Slack/Teams, and knowledge-system integrations.

• Align customer needs with solution architectures.

• Create and present customized live demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects.

• Design and prototype agentic workflows and integrations utilizing APIs and MCP tool connections.

• Lead the preparation of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires.

• Convert architecture into procurement-ready documentation.

• Observe the competitive landscape and provide technically credible sales positioning.

• Share insights from the field with Product and Engineering teams.

• Represent Simpplr's AI narrative through webinars, conferences, and other content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales within an enterprise SaaS organization.

• Proficient with LLM APIs including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Amazon Bedrock.

• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and function calling.

• Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SSO, SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and iPaaS/middleware.

• Comfort with light scripting or development in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business results for VP- and C-level stakeholders.

• Experience in leading responses for RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.

• Capable of delivering confident, high-stakes live demonstrations.

• Previous experience in selling or supporting an intranet, employee experience, ITSM, or HR-tech platform.

• Familiarity with building or prototyping an MCP server, custom GPT/agent tool, or AI agent integration.

• Experience presenting as a technical AI evangelist at industry conferences or webinars.

• Cloud or AI platform certifications are advantageous.

• Must be able to work from anywhere within the United States, the country of hire.
