Senior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist larger clients with specialized and intricate requirements in assessing Caseware solutions

• Act as a reliable advisor to accounting firms and organizations during technology modernization choices

• Comprehend customers’ technology environments and their needs

• Create suitable product offerings and implementation strategies

• Collaborate with product, account management, training, and professional services teams

• Work alongside Account Managers and other Solution Consultants to guide complex clients in evaluating and planning Caseware product implementations

• Oversee technical evaluation activities, including presentations, pilots, and proof of concepts

• Share knowledge and best practices regarding solutions with clients

• Coordinate with technical or product subject-matter experts

• Define configuration and customization requirements and outline actions to address them

• Counsel clients on architectural, authoring, and custom development capabilities and tools

• Provide guidance on Caseware AI-powered development capabilities, including JSON, GitHub, and Claude Code

• Assist in customer evaluations while ensuring timelines and tasks remain on schedule

• Convert customer feedback into actionable insights for Product teams

• Collaborate with customers on transitioning from current accounting and audit tools

• Partner with Professional Services teams and partners regarding migration requirements

• Participate in conferences, events, and onsite workshops

• Sustain customer relationships and monitor industry standards and trends

• Design and implement processes and systems for consistent, scalable services

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in designing, developing, or implementing software solutions for the accounting sector OR at least 4 years of experience in External Audit, Review, or Compilation engagements

• Knowledge of, or strong enthusiasm for, leveraging AI-powered software development capabilities

• Capability to strategize and discuss the application of AI to key workflows with clients and prospects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Ability to comprehend and interpret stakeholder requirements

• Strong organizational skills with experience in tracking and managing multiple deliverables and tasks

• Resourceful self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work Eastern Time Zone hours

• Openness to travel up to 10%

• Preferred: expertise in cloud-based software development, including fundamentals of JavaScript and JSON

• Preferred: Proficiency in Git-based version control

• Preferred: practical experience using AI tools, such as Claude Code, for development

• Preferred: direct experience authoring in CaseWare solutions and/or utilizing CaseWare for creating financial statements or conducting engagements

• Preferred: CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent, with over 3 years of Audit or Accounting experience

• Preferred: experience leading technology adoption, training, methodology, or innovation initiatives in an accounting firm

• Preferred: experience in developing or maintaining audit methodologies, templates, or professional guidance

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, AI, or a related field

• Preferred: experience and/or qualifications in project, product, or program management

• Preferred: thorough understanding of accounting, financial processes, and technologies

• Preferred: product, product marketing, sales experience, or experience collaborating closely with those functional teams

• Preferred: experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, such as Salesforce

• Preferred: experience in documenting internal processes and identifying/implementing efficiency or quality enhancements
