Senior Solutions Architect – Central Zone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Utilize expertise in the healthcare sector and Siemens offerings to craft tailored solutions for clients seeking strategic, long-term collaborations.

• Lead a diverse, matrixed team to enhance relationships, optimize and present solutions, and work towards partnership agreements.

• Foster collaboration across various Siemens business units, personnel, processes, and technologies.

• Engage with North American and Global Enterprise Services teams to discuss the portfolio, market dynamics, and evolving client requirements.

• Proactively identify, engage, advance, and counsel clients.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of potential clients and ongoing projects.

• Create and disseminate successful practices with Value Partnership Solutions Architects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 8-10 years of experience in medical technology or healthcare operations.

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including current trends, challenges, and regulatory activities.

• Understanding of financial models and solutions tailored to specific customer scenarios.

• Capability to engage confidently with senior executives within the healthcare environment.

• Strong executive-level presentation skills, with compelling content, messaging, creativity, collaboration, and communication abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare technology, digital platforms, and their influence on healthcare workflows.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel within the designated region and, at times, beyond.

• Ability to travel within the assigned territory up to 30% of the time.

• Sales experience is advantageous.
