Senior Solutions Architect, Central Zone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Utilize your knowledge of the current healthcare landscape and Siemens' range of products and services to craft tailored solutions for clients seeking strategic, long-term collaborations.

• Spearhead a diverse, matrixed team to enhance relationships, optimize and showcase solutions, and move towards partnership agreements.

• Direct collaboration initiatives as solutions span across Siemens' business units, personnel, processes, and technology.

• Collaborate with the North American and Global Enterprise Services teams to remain updated on the portfolio and evolving customer requirements.

• Actively target, engage, progress, and advise customers.

• Build and sustain a pipeline of potential clients and ongoing projects.

• Create and disseminate best practices with Value Partnership Solutions Architects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• At least 8-10 years of experience in medical technology or healthcare operations is required.

• Familiarity with the healthcare sector, including current trends, challenges, and regulatory developments that may impact Siemens' clients.

• Understanding of financial models and solutions tailored to specific customer scenarios.

• Confidence to engage with senior executives within the healthcare environment.

• Proficient in Executive Level presentations with engaging content, messaging, creativity, collaboration, and communication abilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare technology, digital platforms, and their role in supporting workflows within healthcare institutions.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel within the designated region and occasionally beyond.

• Sales experience is advantageous.

• Prepared to travel within the assigned territory up to 30% of the time.

• Capability to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control regulations.
