Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and oversee an APAC Solutions Architecture team, focusing on training and career advancement.

• Ensure technical excellence throughout both the pre-sales and post-sales processes.

• Offer hands-on assistance for key accounts through presentations, architecture evaluations, and migration strategies.

• Supervise and mentor Solutions Architect engagement on strategic accounts and critical projects.

• Collaborate with Engineering to provide product insights based on field experiences.

• Create repeatable strategies based on team performance trends.

• Monitor and report on Solutions Architecture performance to Sales and Field Engineering leadership on a quarterly basis.

• Manage organizational planning, staffing, budgeting, and regional recruitment efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture/Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-sales positions.

• A minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including Next.js, React, Node.js, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and scaling technical teams in a fast-paced growth environment.

• Demonstrated success in working with enterprise and commercial clients across various industries.

• In-depth understanding of modern software development processes, including CI/CD, DevOps, and frontend frameworks.

• Experience in collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance customer success.

• Bonus: familiarity with Vercel, Next.js, or other similar frontend frameworks.

• Bonus: experience in leading Solutions Architecture teams within a high-growth SaaS or cloud infrastructure organization.

• Bonus: knowledge in developer tools, edge computing, or performance optimization.
