This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support the implementation, operations, sales, and product teams throughout the customer engagement journey.
• Grasp customer business and technical needs effectively.
• Collaborate on sales strategies and present solutions to clients.
• Set up Trial Interactive enterprise software and solutions.
• Partner with operations during the entire implementation process.
• Design and document new configurations and solutions for Trial Interactive software.
• Develop and maintain User Requirements Specifications and Configuration Specifications.
• Serve as the product configuration and domain expert during sales cycles.
• Showcase the product to potential and existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales on software configurations for demos.
• Address functional and technical aspects of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Communicate customer and prospect business requirements to Operations and Product teams.
• Create and script product and solution demonstrations.
• Promote the Trial Interactive vision through demos, webinars, seminars, conferences, and tailored initiatives.
• Take part in SOW reviews and assess new business prospects.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Develop and maintain SOPs in line with QA and departmental standards.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor.
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary technology, tools, and techniques for data and system integration.
• At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in solutions consulting, software product configuration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in life sciences, eTMF, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, quality management, or content management.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to develop a thorough understanding of a customer’s requirements and guide them towards a technical solution.
• Basic understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based technologies and business models.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Willingness to engage in global business travel of up to 10%.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both internally and externally, particularly with customers and the sales team.
• Familiarity with GxP and the software validation process and regulations.
• Experience with REST APIs, sFTP, JSON, XML, SSO (SAML 2.0), and IDPs like Okta.
• Previous software development experience in backend technologies such as Python, Java, C#, Node.js, or PHP is preferred but not essential.
• Basic SHELL scripting and regular expressions for automating manual tasks is a plus but not mandatory.
• Over 2 years’ experience in B2B web applications, business-to-business solutions, and mobile applications is advantageous.
