Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Educate and partner with clients to develop tailored Redis-driven solutions for their business and database requirements.

• Conduct hands-on proofs of concept, pilots, challenges, and evaluations in collaboration with customers.

• Assist clients in fulfilling their technological and business needs utilizing Redis databases, products, solutions, and services.

• Comprehend, quantify, and validate customer business demands and use cases.

• Collaborate with customer technical teams, including architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level executives, to ensure the success of POCs and pilots.

• Work alongside Sales to formulate account strategies and identify new opportunities with current clients.

• Showcase Redis, its functionalities, and technology to clients, emphasizing its business impact and competitive edge.

• Leverage customer insights to enhance product materials and technical best practices.

• Provide input to Product Management and R&D teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, preferably in database engineering, for enterprise software.

• Practical experience with server-side software development and Linux.

• Familiarity with scalable and highly available distributed systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.A., or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Legally authorized to work in Germany.

• Successful completion of a background check.
