Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement advanced GUI and Trigger Script capabilities.

• Create external REST API scripts.

• Assess customer network architectures and application stacks.

• Formulate strategies to capture high-value data from network traffic.

• Profile applications specific to various industries across a wide range of sectors.

• Generate technical materials and documentation to support product enhancements and marketing efforts.

• Perform root cause analysis on significant technology issues.

• Provide guidance to customers on resolving issues.

• Develop bespoke tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs to enhance the ExtraHop platform.

• Create tailored real-time data analysis solutions.

• Design comprehensive data visualizations for both tactical investigations and strategic goals.

• Develop automated tools to optimize repetitive processes.

• Facilitate hands-on training sessions with key personnel from customer organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant professional experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in roles that involve direct customer interaction.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts (OSI model layers 2 through 4).

• Familiarity with application protocols such as HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, and DNS.

• Understanding of interconnected applications and associated technologies, encompassing HTTP, databases, caching, and distributed systems.

• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and JavaScript.

• Strong written communication abilities.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire for ownership of practice.
