Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical discovery process, demonstrations, and validation for GitLab's AI-driven DevSecOps platform.

• Manage technical evaluations, which include solution design, proof of concept/value ownership, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams throughout Italy to develop account strategies focused on customer acquisition and growth.

• Cultivate relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders to steer GitLab-led transformations.

• Provide guidance to customers on software development methodologies, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.

• Communicate customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Maintain a high level of expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud technologies while creating reusable technical materials.

• Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience interacting with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar positions.

• Strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle, including contemporary DevSecOps practices and CI/CD workflows.

• Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar source control, CI/CD, and collaboration tools.

• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and associated technologies.

• Capability to lead proofs of concept or value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and facilitate workshops or value stream assessments.

• Excellent technical communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in establishing trusted relationships and advocating for customers.

• A strong desire to continuously enhance professional skills and learn new technologies.

• Fluency in Arabic is required.
