Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement sophisticated graphical user interfaces (GUIs)

• Create advanced Trigger Scripts

• Develop intermediate scripts for external REST APIs

• Utilize intermediate networking expertise

• Employ intermediate knowledge of application design

• Grasp, develop, and execute cloud network architecture in AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Collaborate with SOC and Incident Response Teams on workflows that utilize network data to reduce Mean-Time-to-Respond

• Build custom tools using Python and JavaScript APIs to enhance ExtraHop platform capabilities

• Create tailored data analyses to monitor evolving technical and business conditions in real time

• Produce detailed data visualizations for tactical investigations and long-term strategic goals

• Develop automated tools to optimize repetitive tasks and enhance time spent on intelligent solution development

• Facilitate hands-on training sessions with key client personnel

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of pertinent experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications

• Background in customer-facing roles

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities

• Comprehension of fundamental networking concepts (layers 2 through 4 of the OSI model)

• Knowledge of application protocols (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS)

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure

• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and JavaScript

• Exceptional written communication skills

• Self-reliant, motivated, and eager for ownership of practice
