Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and development of AI-native technological solutions.

• Create scalable applications based in the cloud and manage multi-tenant environments.

• Implement best practices for security, governance, and infrastructure.

• Track system performance and manage the resolution of technical challenges.

• Facilitate technical discovery and solution design meetings with clients.

• Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Oversee implementation and deployment efforts.

• Act as the main technical escalation contact for client interactions.

• Provide technical direction and support to development teams.

• Assess code, architectural choices, and technical documents.

• Set development standards and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with business, operations, and technology teams.

• Analyze emerging AI technologies and industry developments.

• Suggest new capabilities, integrations, and automation possibilities.

• Assist with product strategy, pricing, and solution development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in software architecture, cloud engineering, or technical consulting.

• Extensive experience with AWS cloud technologies.

• Proven experience in designing scalable SaaS or enterprise solutions.

• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.

• Experience in integrating third-party platforms and APIs.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in client-facing situations.

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs) technologies.

• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, or comparable AI platforms.

• Experience in professional services, financial services, legal technology, or B2B SaaS.

• Background in leading distributed or remote technical teams.
