📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor who comprehends intricate or large-scale customer workloads and aligns them with NVIDIA’s technology stack.

• Collaborate with customers to design advanced, scalable architectures, outlining technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment strategies.

• Create, validate, and support solutions that drive customer success.

• Lead technical discussions and assist customers in resolving complex issues.

• Advocate for the technical requirements of customers.

• Work alongside engineering and product teams to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing enhancement of NVIDIA solutions.

• Function as a technical expert on NVIDIA products and support sales account managers in securing build wins.

• Develop and maintain technical relationships with engineers, management, and architects at key customer accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or an equivalent level of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software/hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.

• 3-5+ years of direct, hands-on experience in DataCenter design and architecture.

• Extensive technical knowledge in AI High Performance Computing.

• Proven history of driving product integrations and contributing to software or hardware platforms, systems, and libraries.

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, ranging from engineers to C-level executives.

• Strong analytical skills and an inquisitive mindset.

• Demonstrated capability to balance customer demands with making complex product decisions.

• Familiarity with NVIDIA systems technology, such as DGX, NVL72, MGX, and HGX systems, is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with OEMs in the Datacenter ecosystem.

• Knowledge of DC power, cooling, and rack placements.
