Senior Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Convey the vision and technology of Snowflake to both executives and technical stakeholders at potential and existing customers.

• Engage directly with prospects and clients to showcase and articulate the advantages of Snowflake technology throughout the sales journey, from demonstrations to proof of concept, design, and implementation.

• Dive deep into the constantly changing industry landscape, ensuring a thorough understanding of competing and complementary technologies and vendors, and effectively positioning Snowflake in this context.

• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to enhance Snowflake’s offerings and promotional strategies.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team and channel partners to identify customer requirements, devise successful sales strategies, deliver value-driven demonstrations, assist with enterprise Proofs of Concept, and secure business deals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences, whether spontaneously on a whiteboard or through prepared presentations and demonstrations.

• Extensive experience in large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technologies, ETL, analytics, and cloud solutions.

• Proficient in SQL and SQL analytics with practical experience.

• Practical knowledge of Python.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and best practices.

• Capability to relate specific business challenges faced by customers to the solutions offered by Snowflake.

• A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Candidates must be within commuting range of São Paulo, Brazil.

• Compliance with Snowflake’s confidentiality, security standards, and data security plan is required.

• Must have current authorization to work in the country to which the application is submitted.
