Senior Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in advancing enterprise sales efforts for the ANOW! workload automation suite

• Act as a technical liaison for enterprise clients across diverse industries

• Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to understand customer objectives and hurdles

• Perform product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops for ANOW! Automate and ANOW! Observe

• Evaluate business and technical needs and translate them into solution concepts and implementation strategies

• Create PoC use cases tailored to specific customer requirements

• Engage in customer meetings to ascertain technical and business needs

• Support the sales cycle by addressing RFIs and RFPs

• Work in partnership with Support, R&D, Product Management, and Sales to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Systematically relay customer feedback to the Sales and Product teams

• Continuously enhance knowledge of DevOps, DataOps, SOAP, observability, cloud technologies, and AI

• Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience through relevant professional practice

• Several years of experience in a Solution Engineer role, technical presales, consulting, or technical sales within enterprise software

• Familiarity with APIs, REST integrations, and scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Shell

• Strong understanding of modern IT architectures

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Proficiency in container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes

• Knowledge of operating systems and IT security

• In-depth familiarity with Automic, Control-M, or Airflow is an advantage

• Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace, or Datadog is a plus

• Excellent command of both German and English

• Capability to present complex technical information in a manner suited to the audience

• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-focused work approach

• Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal abilities
