Senior Solution Consultant – FSI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic execution of CXA and CCaaS solutions for both new and existing clients.

• Offer expert guidance and practical support to internal teams, external partners, and clients throughout the implementation of Talkdesk CXA and CCaaS products.

• Promote post-implementation success and customer engagement through strategic advice, best practices, and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to fulfill feature requests, resolve issues, and deliver updates aligned with customer needs.

• Create CXA-specific templates, playbooks, and best practices to enhance implementation processes.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing long-term direction on CXA strategies and success.

• Deliver a premium experience and facilitate the implementation of CXA and CCaaS solutions that align with the strategic goals of customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or significant professional experience in a technical capacity.

• A minimum of 3 years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development, focusing on AI or automation solutions within a SaaS setting.

• Proficient programming skills in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.

• Proven experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs to create integrations between various software systems.

• Familiarity with foundational models, RAG, LLM orchestration, and AI toolchains.

• Ability to convey technical concepts to individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.

• Experience in client management is highly regarded.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

• A highly organized self-starter.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
