Fulfillment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of corporate relocation and commercial move requests, from initial lead intake to final booking.

• Verify service specifics, assess crew availability, produce precise quotes, and liaise with crews and contacts.

• Keep track of incoming leads through email, Hahdmin, and Ivinex.

• Ensure effective communication with points of contact using accurate and updated templates.

• Monitor upcoming, ongoing, and previous services via Slack and maintain a follow-up/confirmation calendar.

• Create orders in Hahdmin/Simplify and schedule qualified crews that meet service and budget criteria.

• Prepare and dispatch accurate quotes and estimates.

• Carry out confirmation calls with crews the day before and on the day of the move, identifying jobs that may exceed time expectations.

• Attach necessary crew documentation, such as bills of lading, to orders and process invoices as required.

• Respond to all inquiries within a two-hour timeframe.

• Develop a solid understanding of the Moving Service Provider network.

• Convert leads into confirmed orders while reducing discounts and claims associated with MSP issues.

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers in selecting the appropriate moving solution.

• Assist with the recruitment and development of MSPs.

• Support other roles and departments as necessary and carry out additional assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the US is required.

• Experience in the Moving or Relocation sector is preferred.

• Background in escalated or high-level customer support is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven by goals, with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable with basic mathematics and capable of clear, professional written communication.

• Able to commit to full-time scheduled hours, including overtime as necessary.

• Comfortable with extended periods of sitting, typing, and phone communication.

• A working headset and camera for calls and virtual meetings are required.

• Maintain a professional appearance suitable for a remote office environment.

• A quiet workspace is essential.

• An internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed is required.
