📋 Description

• Lead or assist in the configuration of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and Onboarding.

• Organize and conduct workshops to gather requirements and design solutions in collaboration with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders.

• Develop supervisory and matrix organizational structures, job architecture, business processes, security roles, and reports.

• Aid in data conversion, integration testing, end-user testing, and cutover activities.

• Diagnose configuration issues and propose solutions that align with Workday best practices.

• Contribute to the sharing of internal knowledge and assist in the development of junior consultants.

• Collaborate with client HR teams to translate people processes into Workday configurations, lead functional workstreams, and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Workday HCM Core certification; additional certifications in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Talent are advantageous.

• At least 1 year of practical Workday HCM experience in implementation, support, or optimization projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes such as hire-to-retire, compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, and leave management.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.

• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and client-facing skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations (up to 25%).
