Associate Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers to determine the implementation scope, timelines, budget, and resource needs.

• Develop project plans and ensure that implementations remain on schedule.

• Work in partnership with client-side subject-matter experts to comprehend, configure, and tailor business requirements.

• Establish user accounts, define workflows, integrate with other systems, and conduct product testing.

• Prepare relevant data to illustrate comprehensive business processes from start to finish.

• Gather and process client feedback, making necessary adjustments to the system.

• Deliver training to end users and administrators on the SaaS product.

• Provide continuous customer support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to inquiries.

• Create and update implementation documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with the product team to identify enhancements and contribute to product development based on client insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a full-time degree from a recognized institution.

• Experience in employee expense, travel, and benefits management modules is highly preferred.

• Background in implementation projects, including requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, administration training, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and consultative skills to engage and foster relationships with stakeholders in large organizations.

• Capability to navigate challenges, deliver quality outcomes, and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work collaboratively with large teams towards a shared objective.
