Search Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Perform analyses and leverage technology to minimize data volumes prior to review.

• Assist in the development of workflow strategies and documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Provide search consultation services with a focus on precision and promptness.

• Attain proficiency in dtSearch syntax along with relevant features and functionalities of review platforms.

• Guide and mentor junior team members.

• Build expertise in standard search consultation services and quality control protocols.

• Generate client-facing analyses, reports, and other deliverables.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of client contexts, requirements, and motivations.

• Drive innovation in processes and tools, standardization of services, definition of best practices, documentation of services, and formal training.

• Act as an internal liaison for project management teams.

• Proactively respond to queries from project management teams or clients.

• Collaborate with project management teams on client communications, consultations, and escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three years of experience in eDiscovery.

• Proficiency in dtSearch syntax is mandatory.

• Experience with Relativity is required.

• Capability to read and create regular expressions is essential.

• Strong exposure to ITES and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to client service.

• Ability to handle competing priorities and work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or a postgraduate degree.

• A degree in linguistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent years of experience in eDiscovery.

• Comfortable working in a remote setting with adequate space for office infrastructure and private workspace.
