Senior Solution Consultant, Enterprise Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in the comprehensive deployment of the production scheduling tool.

• Facilitate in-depth sessions to uncover customer business requirements.

• Create documentation for requirements specifications.

• Collaborate with agile team members for the configuration and implementation of Maestro software.

• Convert business requirements into specifications for Kinaxis Maestro software.

• Assist senior team members in addressing intricate business challenges.

• Participate in data management and integration tasks, including data transformation, loading, cleanup, and validation.

• Provide training to customer end users on the configured solutions.

• Offer technical support and resolve issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.

• Support solution validation and testing, capturing user feedback.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants on various projects.

• Execute other reasonable project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain concepts, particularly scheduling, with over 6 years of experience.

• Strong motivation to learn our top-tier product, “Maestro.”

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment and coordinate with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Highly adaptable professional, capable of embracing teamwork in diverse and ever-changing work settings.

• Capacity to lead by example and think outside the box.

• Proficiency in solving complex problems, thinking critically, and making sound judgment decisions.

• Enthusiasm for customer-facing roles that require high-level interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Technical skills including SQL, R, JavaScript, and Python.

• Experience with manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis, SAP, or JDA is a plus.
